Ironwood Golf Course is tucked into the rural suburbs of Byron Center, Michigan and was built in 1974. The 18 hole course boasts well maintained greens, fairways, and unique horticultural accents. With exquisite conditions and natural scenic beauty that changes throughout Michigan’s seasons, Ironwood is a local favorite among area golfers!
Sunday, August 20, 2017 marks the One year anniversary of the tornado that hit the course and forced us to close for the rest of the season. We are so very thankful for the support we received during the past year from all of you! A Big Thank You also goes out to Suburban Tree and Landscape for their help with the massive clean up that took place after the tornado and the recent July storm that went thru. It is because of the efforts of so many wonderful people that we were able to get thru everything. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR “TREE-MENDOUS” SUPPORT!
*Starting July 8, 2017 the East bound lanes of M-6 from I-196 to Wilson Avenue will be closing for repairs thru September. If you regularly take East bound M-6 to get to us you will need to take alternate routes to access Wilson Avenue.
See the ‘Contact Us’ page for a map to find alternate routes.
